Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Chairloop, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. Our refund, return, and exchange policy is designed to ensure that you receive the best possible experience when shopping with us.

1. Exchange for Damaged Parts and Warranty Coverage:

If you receive a product with damaged parts covered under our warranty, we offer exchanges for those parts. Please notify us at chairloopenterprises@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged parts. We’ll promptly arrange for the exchange of the damaged parts at no additional cost to you.

All our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and material issues. Spare parts such as wheels, base (stand), hydraulic gas lift, armrests, mechanisms, and plywood are covered under free-of-cost replacement within the warranty period, except for Fabric & Leather.

2. Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without incurring any additional costs. To cancel an order, please contact us at help@chairloop.com or call our customer care number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Custom Product Orders:

Custom products, which are made-to-order, are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged products received.

4. Furniture Refund Product Policy:

Orders exceeding INR 3,000 fall under the Furniture Product category. Furniture products are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange, except for defective or damaged items covered under warranty, and defective exchanges will be addressed within 7 days. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, after which they’re non-cancellable due to their made-to-order nature. Furniture orders may have extended shipping times, confirmed upon order placement. For canceled orders, the refund will be processed within 3 working days, and the amount will be credited to the same payment mode used for the original transaction.

5. Fabric & Leather Coverage:

Damages to fabric and leather beyond intended use, as well as normal wear and tear, are not covered under our warranty. Repair services for fabric and leather are available at an additional cost, if applicable.
